Feb. 22-27
On Tuesday I ran credit cards all day for tickets for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, Big 12 Softball and NCAA Women's College World Series.
Thursday I teamed up with my fellow intern Casey and work on odd end projects to get things organized for the OK All Sports annual board meeting that Friday. We were really busy.
Friday I drove out to our annual board meetin in edmond at The Oklahoman Building. I met more of our board members and learned a lot more about All Sports than I had ever known. It was a great meeting and the theme was "Let's Build Sports Together" and we all dressed up as construction workers with flannels and cargos, boots and hard hats. It was really fun, I enjoy working here!!
Saturday I worked the Sooner State Games Cross Country meet to make up for missing the Trail run a few weeks ago. I was really neat to see young kids run so far and to really be excited about their sport.
I worked 24 hours this week.

Feb. 15- 19
This week I just worked more on Fan hotels and made signage for our annual board meeting next Friday, Feb. 26th.

Feb. 8-12
This week my daughter was sick and then I became sick towards Wednesday night so I did not work at all. :-(

We sent in the bids from last week and got things organized for the Sooner State Games Trail Run for Feb. 13th.
I also worked on Fan and Team hotels for the NCAA Men's Basketball 1st and 2nd rounds coming up in March. Im really excited about working that event alongside the Big 12 and I hope to make a lot of connections there!

Jan. 25-29
This week I worked Tuesday and Thursday and me and the new intern Casey worked on bids to host the events for NCAA Men's Wrestling, Women's Volleyball, Men's Hockey (Frozen 4) and Rowing.
We created packets to send to the NCAA selection committees and i wrote the letters to these committees. It was an experience and we are anxious to see if won the bids to host these events in the future.
